If you want to speak to me by phone, you can send the following email for an appointment time.  You will recieve a time for the appointment and an invoice for the first 10 minutes through PayPal.  You will need to pay through your credit card.  This Credit card will be charged for any additional time in increments of 10 minutes through an invoice.  If you want to speak to me without the interruption of 10 minute increments, the bill will be sent as $90.00/30 minutes or $180.00/hour at the beginning of the session.
